Description

The town of West Chester wants to sell it. The University won't buy it. The result: two blocks of town-owned streets riddled with potholes. Maybe it is a means of keeping drivers from accelerating over 20mph. Perhaps its crappy leadership. Fix Church St at the WCU Campus!

I like the idea of a rough road- keeps drivers slow. According to the Federal Highway Administration, when people drive at 20 miles per hour, the risk of pedestrian death is about 5%. At 35 miles per hour, the risk of death is close to 100%.
