Description

The two street light on this block have been out for at least 3 weeks. This is a safety issue for those who routinely walk this block at night in front of the Columbia Residences. The fact that this issue has not already been corrected is even more surprising since an individaul was held up a gun point recently in front of the Columbia Residence.
