The man at 5006 san luis pl nw albuquerque.
Has been in neighbors yards in the middle of the night taking pictures.
He is posting on the 311 app.
His posts coincide with his nightly predatory excursions.
The times he posts. 2 am. 4 am. 3 am. Etc..
This is a repeated offense.
Police need to do something about him once and for all.
Looking the other way isn't an option .
He has made quality of life unbearable ,
To have to live in fear. While people of authority dismiss his actions.
