information came from Building and Safety. The problem on Rosshire Ct is each apt is owned by a different owner. So those condemed are in the middle of other apts. I wish I had better news for you,

I am told as of July 23, 2014, there will be no water supply to this complex and the last apt occupied will be vacated and condemed

That's good, We have been getting a lot of foot traffic on our street from the apt complex this summer.Thanks for the update.

Rosshire ct is nothing but a drug den and the foot traffic is out of control for the local drug dealers and users. This has got to stop!!! We are Pontiac tax payers and our kids cannot even play without being accompanied by me the Grandparent who babysits daily. Something has to be done (we finally got our roads patched last week after all the wear and tear on our cars. I understand there is budgets but come on this is a joke. I have lived here quite some time and pay taxes and deserve and demand answers to these questions. As for Rosshire ct.this has been a problem for years. This neighborhood is Seminole Hills those apts. are quite a sight as for trash all over drug dealers and users up and down my street in all hours day and night stealing water from the city (taxpayers), violence, not to mention trailers now being parked (and allowed) come on let's get this place condemned and rebuild or create a place where "WE" the taxpayers could work together and create an organic garden, or does that make too much sense? All of us know this is the epitome of Seminole Hills!!!!!! A response would be much appreciated.

July 28th we had violent storms and the storm/emergency sirens did not sound off here at the corner of M59 and Genesee. I know they work as they test them every 1st Saturday of the month. Can someone please explain why? I watched a small tornado come down our street and all you have to do is drive through Seminole Hills and see the destruction along with the city. As it moved through town to town you could hear the surrounding cities sirens sounding off.
