Description
A couple of weeks ago a contractor cut into the asphalt for a water pipe but never completed the asphalt repair. The hole has been getting deeper and deeper with all the recent rains. This needs to be fixed soon or someone is going to loose control of their car or ruin their suspension.
This is in the right northbound lane of 28th street just nort of 1st Ave n.
