I have talked to Gerry Cody the Health Director and he and I will be going by today and most likely will be issuing a cease and desist order for the chicken and pigeon issue

Issue is being handled by Professional Pest control Company. Thank You.

We have had the pest conrol company on our property in the last few months..this problem will never be resolved as long as 347 south main st.has the chickens,pigeons,rooster etc.
As an abutter,we do not approve of these animals...isnt that required of the party getting a permit??

Thank you for the information, however as long as they still are allowed to have a rooster,chickens and pigeons without abutters approval, this situation is never ending
.Just 2 days ago a baby chicken came thru to our yard from under their old broken fencing and a man who was doing work in our yard ,placed the chicken back unfer the fence..
Can anybody tell us why the cease and desist order never took effect accoring to an email we received?
