Often i see thosee who drive at a high rate of speed on Devon Rd,signs are posted "watch children" obviously those offenders don't care about the children nor the rate of speed permitted in a residential area, this is not 95 or a drag strip

they make it a one way and everyone sppeds up the street as well as come down it the wrogn way. The speed limit it 15mph. My kids cant play out front because the cars hug the curb and hit it all the time. I am afraid a car will jum[ the curb and hit them.
