Description

Code enforcement was requested back in 2019 for neighbor to cease allowing pool drainpipe to overflow pool water into my yard. Being that chemicals, in overflow, is causing severe washout on my grass therefore killing it in areas. Code enforcement at that time said it was a civil matter because the drain was “not active”. Of course it is only active when it’s raining and neighbors pool overflows...into my yard.
Neighbor has extended the pipe to the side of my yard towards the street, therefore killing grass in another area!!
I would like code enforcement to return because the pipe is still on my property and very obvious of the pattern of how the water comes out of the pipe.
