Description
Control boards on the Trane Furnace were replaced ($225), The water heater pilot lights had to be relit at the home and the furnaces had to be inspected ($50). Water heater-no heat, flood not covered. Detroit Furnace says that unit was damage by flood but is not covered.
There was a foot and 1/2 of dirty, murky water in the basement.
