Description

This tree is rotten and everyday different size branches fall. A huge branch is about to fall any day now. Everyday I clean the branches up otherwise there would be a big pile and block the street. This is why I selected yes to blocking the street. Sometimes I can't get outside to clean it up. As of today I cleaned it up already. But I can't get in the tree to get the one that gonna fall to prevent someone or something from getting hurt or damaged.
