Agreed! In fact, that small stretch of D-ramp must be among perhaps the 20 or so most-used sections of roadway in the entire county. To make matters even worse, there is a bunch of potholes right at the end of the ramp... you can watch the potholes, OR watch for traffic you are trying to merge into...but not both. I may not have said that right, but I'm sure everyone knows what I mean. Hope this isn't one of those State/Town/IBM-Ginsberg "not MY problem" hot potato problems.
