Description
Home is a two family flat owned by my elderly father. The water damage from the June 26, 2021 knocked out both hot water tanks, damaged furnace, and damaged dryer. The dryer has to be replaced. The basement now has mold and mildew and the smell permeates not only basement but all three floors of the house. Basement needs to be sanitized and disinfected. Items need to be removed and thrown out.
