There’s been a blue tarp hanging on the side of a house on Kirkland and Sedgwick Road for about a week and doesn’t seem like anyone is working on the house. It’s an eyesore in the neighborhood, makes it look like a construction site and could potentially be unsafe with the upcoming rain storms and wind.
