Description
I was hit in the crosswalk by the post office, trying to get to the beach. I think Drivers are more distracted now because of the bike lane. I like it as a cyclist but I think there is more going on for drivers to look at and do is less safe for pedestrians.

This evaluation will generally happen on an annual basis, with some exceptions for clear and pressing trends. Issues that the City deems to be immediate safety concerns will be elevated for quick action.
