This was after the rainfall had drained the Reason that trash was by the drain is because everybody’s trashcan was out and when it rained it knocked the trash cans over and got trash everywhere. The reason the drain is not draining is because there’s rocks and dirt in the drain. Until that is cleaned out it will always not drain
