Description

I feel unsafe at this location when riding my bicycle as this light does not trigger when a bike approaches the intersection. In other areas of Alameda, the lights will switch when I go up to the weird shape on the ground, in this location it does not have anything that will allow the traffic flow to switch when it detects a car/bicycle. Please fix.
