There was a detailed description submitted originally, but I don't see it attached. This is the storm drain that goes under E. Reno Street, just west of N. 21st Street. South of that bridge the stormwater drainage ditch has huge areas of sod and grass impeding the stormwater runoff. Not to mention its unsightly, stinks, and because its not draining well is causing mosquitos to be bad. Some of the sodded(??) patches have washed loose and are getting stuck now on the north side of the bridge. I would try and get it cleared out, but I do not have the means to haul it and no place to dump it...
FYI, just noticed that stuck under that bridge there are also 2 large Items (about the size of 40 gallon trash cans). not for sure what they are, but possibly trash or construction debris. This drain is divided down the center by the bridge support, so the west half is about half blocked. It's obviously wet under there, and only about 3 feet high, so I'm not crawling under there to see what it is...
Its been a year and a half... still a mess on the south side of the bridge, NOTHING has ever been done. So much so that now on the northwest side of bridge is filling with silt and getting vines growing in it...
