It's redo cultus that this damage has gone unfixed for over a year. The curb has caused damage to several cars, and is a hazard to the several small children who live on the block who frequently fall into the gutter when they try to get into a car that is parked there. How can the city spend so much money replacing sidewalks along New Jersey avenue but cannot fix a curb? Why do we pay taxes for no services?

Chunks of sharp metal are sticking out of the curb, damaging car tires. DC Water recently worked in the area and further destroyed the curb. It's been years and the city isn't interested in fixing this issue. Is this why I pay taxes? For a broken, hazardous curb? Thanks for nothing.
