Description
it's the sewer grate on Freud street directly by front entrance to home, it empties slowly, cant see water clearly when look in it, see sludge and debris. When the employees were out after the storm on June 26th they said they didn't have the right key to open the sewer grate and that they would send someone later, but it hasn't happened yet.
