Based on your description and short story (sorry to see this) You should get your Ward councilor Involved. The are elected to represent the constituents of their ward and they have the power to facilitate resolutions to problems just like this.

From what i can see this is in Ward 4? Call Mr Balakier, I'm sure he'd be glad to be apart of the solution and fix the blight happening in his ward.

I've seen significant results with the use of this site and a certain ward councilor.....Most Notably Councilor Courchesne in Ward 7. I've seen a few more starting to engage on here, keep it up! We appreciate it.
