city hasnt done much for itself

The City is well aware of the problem that is going on in the entire City. I have submitted complaints on this issue myself along with my mom. The city has not "officially" responded, and it's been months. Perhaps it's time for the taxpayers to take up a petition, circulate it, and make the City respond? ... The neighborhood does affect home values and quality of life. We really should get together on this... I know I'm sick of this whole issue and watching the City go to pot.

As usual nothing has been done by the City of Lowell. It goes on and on and on. If the man in Pawtucketville is going to be fined and a lien put on his property than the City must do the same to all the homes in the Upper Highlands that are clear and I mean clear code violations. The City of Lowell cannot ignore these violations for long. If the City Manager and the City Council think by ignoring these widespread violations they will go away they are only fooling themselves!!!!!!

As usual nothing is ever done the upper highlands is going downhill fast. How can they fine that man in Pawtucketville who went and got a permit for his work yet ignore all the illegal paving and one family structures being turned into rooming houses with huge illegal parking areas. Seems more and more like discrimination to me.

Area looks worse than ever it is turning into one ugly city with an overabundance of cars and tar put down all over yards to park them. Cars parked right up to the front door and so close all around some homes. So ugly but also so unsafe and a true FIRE HAZARD but as usual anything goes in LOWELL!!!

Correct and nothing was ever done about the dangerous and unsightly public safety issues. It is a car friendly not a people friendly city. the upper highlands has turned into one ugly trash neighborhood. .
