Hello. We rent this dock from the city of Oakland under our concession contract. It is broken. The people who installed the dock failed to put a metal plate under the rollers of the gangway. When some heavy customers recently stood on the gangway, this hole was created. It makes a rather dangerous problem for us as the rollers can no longer function which is necessary for our floating, tidal dock. This makes the gangway no longer wheelchair accessible as well.

Furthermore, in the windstorm we had a few months back, the dock was severely damaged. We need to have more heavy duty poles driven into the mud to keep the dock in place. The dock is so distorted and out of place now, it makes our dock nearly nonfunctional at this point. Please respond asap.
