Description

Poor ramp design and absence of proper signage/lane markings encourage drivers exiting I-64 to only slow (sometimes only a bit) as they roll (sometimes very quickly) through posted 'stop' sign. Most drivers make a passing glance over their left shoulder to check for oncoming Story Ave traffic and do not check for walkers, much less yield to them. Some sort of neon green pedestrian sign is needed at the very least. Flashing lights or raised bumps/rumble strips would be much better.
