They never remove their trashcans from the sidewalk and every week they have to be moved by people trying to pass by.. the grass is overgrown, and they have a tree that is always growing across the sidewalk blocking the sidewalk. This makes it hard for someone with disabilities to use this sidewalk.

tenants at the property were spoken directly to while I was at the property. The mowing has started before I’ve even left the property but I will check back in a couple of days to make sure it is completed. The trash cans were not obstructing the sidewalk therefore are not a violation at this time. The tree branches also do not obstruct the sidewalk though they are somewhat low and I discussed that with the tenants as well.
