Concerning the gutters in front of residents driveway , @ a year ago they came out to fix the drainage and it never was fixed properly. The water puddles in front of his driveway instead of running into the storm drain. Keith McKay told him to give PW's a call. Also, in front of residents mailbox there is a drainage pipe that goes underneath the road and into Patton Creek.
