Description
To whom it may concern,
I live on Lake Bellevue. It appears that the water of the lake constantly drains and overflows north, thus the lake keeps losing its water levels cause the surface of the water to bloom with algae and who knows what. I’ve identified to specific points where the water flows north (crossing under Lakeview RD) when according to the lake’s map, the water should terminate https://www.myclearwater.com/home/showpublisheddocument/9058/637487345847270000
