Smoothie folks, protect your tenants and your neighbors and gain a bit of goodwill from the neighborhood: Please illuminate your parking lot and the back of your buildings so that Court Street gets some much-needed light.

I agree that the lights in the Smoothie Building need to be repaired. I am sure a solution can be found to this problem.

I'm surprised that the management company isn't worried about the liability.

It is absolutely perplexing that this building's management won't shine a little light in the neighborhood at night, even after many people have been beaten and robbed in the vicinity.

Are you suggesting everybody just give up and allow them to take over completely?

And you shouldn't fill your tank when out of gas because it'll just be empty again after you drive it a bunch!
