Description
Silver Volvo, Ohio Plate #DZ10UU. Parked on the even side of Eld near the corner of Orange for over a week. Expired registration sticker on plate (March 2011), two different license plates displayed (one in holder Ohio DZ1OUU, one in back window- Ohio FFX6996). Tires on driver's side partially deflated. Using zone 3 visitor permit 4428.

Then the owner might retrieve it,or leave it. Does the car have an intact ignition ? Well, if it has a zone 3 visitor pass then it is connected locally. .. maybe.
An old rule of City law was,in regards to autos parked on the street, was it has 48 hrs to sit in the exact same spot,then it has to be moved 3 feet forward or 3 feet back,then it has 48 hrs again in either spot.
That's if it's registered of course. And if the person takes it to work every day, then returns at nite, then it's a moot point.

FYI:
According to Traffic & Parking if one possesses a resident / visitor permit they are exempt for the 72 standing rule.
According to the NHPD this is not an issue for them.
