Description

"Constant dumping" of trash from tenants at Promenade Terrace Apts. on Collett Ave, near back entrance to the apts Collett Ave/Fallmouth Court. Walmart Shopping carts left on Collett from tenants at the apts then pushed down Collett on Eastside near corner of 1800 East block of Cresta road.
