Pot hole at the end of drive in street. Second one forming to south of it. Causing water to back up from runoff that should head for storm drain seen in the picture.

This pot hole is getting worse, when the freezing starts it will start to create problems in the lane of traffic. A temporary fix would be more than welcome at this point. I cannot fix it myself as I do not want to be fined for making street repairs nor pay for fixing something that should be done by infrastructure funds.
