Ive spoken to many folks complaining about the service. When I have spoken to IESI they always seem shocked as if its the first time they ever received a complaint. Dont let them fool you. We are fortunate to have pick up more than once a week but never had an issue with them picking up trash out of bags or containers. Youll find you made the right decision reporting it here although you may need to call the city a couple of times to get it resolved
