Fire commission does not follow political rules and can't be on a state right of way

Fire districts are independent political subdivision of the State.. and regardless, political signs of any kind are protected activities for 30 days, and if no more than 32 sq ft.

Cite the specific political rule that the fire commission does not follow. I want to read it.

between High St and South Rd there are a lot of signs in the state right of way: St Martha's open house, St. Bernard's open house, real estate open house. those should be removed.
