A bicycle has been locked at 10 Gardnder Rd street sign pole since early April. The bike has never been moved. There is very limited space to put out trash and recycling due to the bicycle. 6 to 10 Gardnder Rd condo association has six units and often has multiple trash, recycle and yard waste bins to be picked up. Because of the bicycle, there is not enough space to put the trash and recycle bins most of the time. Can you put a remove sign/warning on the bicycle? If the owner didn't move the bicycle after a few weeks, can you take the bicycle away? Thank you.
