City of Corona assigned this issue to Corona Police Department

Please be advised, a California law was changed in 2019 and created an additional rule for police to remove vehicles, Assembly Bill 2876. This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. Thank you for reporting on the City of Corona's SEE CLICK FIX application. On 8/10/21, Parking Enforcement responded and did not locate any community care taking standards to legally remove this vehicle from the public city street. The vehicle was found to be legally parked and not abandoned. We appreciate your assistance in keeping our streets and city safe.
