Description
Each house on the west side of Townsend and East side of Sheridan (we share an alley) between Canfield and Forest have flooded three times between June 26-July 24- on June 26, July 16, and July 24th. We surveyed the numbers and all homes within this block on the shared alley flooded these days, with water directly bubbling up our drains. This is unacceptable and obviously a problem with the shared sewage lines in the alley. The residents are primarily elders and it is disgusting that we are forced to continually clean up the mess that the city is refusing to address. Please remedy ASAP.
