This address does not keep their yard maintained, this same exact complaint was turned in on 7/23/2019 and again in December of 2020.There has been no improvement since July of 2019! This is disgusting and a health issue. There are mice and other rodents using all this debris and garbage to make homes in. My husband and myself have spent over 5000 dollars of our money maintenancing the trees and bushes that them and their neighbor own on Harper place. It's time for the city to start making these home owners keep their property up to some sort of standard. Needs addressed!
