Once again this slumlord has neglected his property, my husband has to go out weekly and mow his grass and weed wack all of the overgrowth. This house has been abandoned for over 15 years, this man has MULTIPLE properties in this neighborhood that he has neglected and just left to sit. All these properties bring down the value of our homes, the safety of our neighborhood, and cause health concerns due to the overgrowth which makes a perfect environment for rodents. There is a chicken coop with all kinds of debris and trash in it that people use as a dumpster in this back yard. The whole house is in shambles, it has caught fire and cannot be lived in without it being completely gutted. I have pictures of what the inside of the house looks like from the last time someone tore off the plywood and was using the house to squat in. This house needs torn down! When will the city going to start enforcing their own codes?
