Description

Front yard is dug up and missing grass where the water department dug up the yard to replace the pipe. Every time it rains the yard gets muddy.
The barrier where the water department dug up the curb is still there along with a big pile of dirt. This creates a nuisance when it rains. The yard was dug up in March and I cannot get an answer from anyone at the water department on when they are going to repair my yard. No one will return a call to me from the messages I leave either.
