Randolph, MA assigned this issue to Code Enforcement Officer

Following the provisions of Chapter 40U of the Massachusetts General Laws regarding housing code violations, the Town must notify a property owner of a violation and allow two weeks to resolve the issue. If, at the end of two weeks, the owner is still in violation, daily fines are assessed. Unpaid fines are placed as a lien on the property. Regardless of these procedures, there is no guarantee that the homeowner will comply and the Town may not enter onto private property to maintain it. This issue has been assigned to Code Enforcement for review and an update will follow shortly. Thank you for your patience.

A Health Notice was issued for the grass. I also gave this to the Building inspector who did a inspection today for the structures.

This was given to Rick the Building Inspector he went to the property and will be following up with the Owner.
