The owner of the liquor store and resident of this business and residence puts all of their household and business garbage in the public garbage can in front of the store, in violation of Title II Code of General Ordinances, Sec. 30¾-5. - Public litter receptacles. They have not used the brown container the city provides for the last few years, and no longer have a private disposal service for the store. The result is that the public garbage can is usually too full for anyone walking by to use it for its intended purpose, and it is almost always filthy and overflowing. They also throw away dirty water from cooking into the gutter, leaving bits of food in the street.
