Yes, Tuesday is normally my day for trash. My trash is still full however and I would like to get it emptied before Tuesday. Even if Thursday was my new day it was out and was not picked up.

I'm having our GIS mapping team look at the zones that are set up for your home to try and figure out why it's being mapped as commercial instead of residential. We've updated the location filters for the Town with the latest residential maps so you should show up as a residential address going forward. If you can verify that for us, I would appreciate confirmation that we've corrected this issue for you.

I just entered your address in at https://gilbertaz.gov/311 and was given Residential service request options and I tried it on the Gilbert 311 app as well and as given the same options. If you're not seeing these same options, I'd like to do some troubleshooting.
