One bike rack remains turned over on its side - to the credit of some of the students at Pollard, they figured out a way to use that bike rack this condition. There is a second bike rack at the bottom of the hill, next to the school, far from the other racks. It would be nice if these two racks could be put in place with the other racks, to encourage students to ride their bikes to school.
