Dave - DCF2 - Farrington --I'd inferred the drainage issue but chose "sweeping needed" as category for which I had a photo. Have you opened a SCF issue under "drainage"? If not, it might be good to document this issue with your photo, those new rain gardens upstream notwithstanding.

Sweeping still needed--hazard to bicyclists and vehicles entering and leaving street.

Intersection flooding potential exacerbated by debris-clogged drains.
