I know this isn't the right forum, & nothing will come of it but at least it's registered publicly here.
Extremely super-loud PA system blasting live music and shouting announcements somewhere on Gray or Galindo off 35th . Happens all the time, starts at 5PM and lasts for hours. Neighbors call OPD repeatedly throughout these ordeals, but nothing happens. The Noise invades the homes for blocks and blocks around, but despite ongoing complaints over many years, police will not or cannot control it, and politicians will do nothing. It's just another fact of life in Oakland, and another reason to leave.
