This has been a problem for months. Many just run the light, others go past light then make u-turn. It would seem that until I-75S cars have exited and are waiting the light is frozen. Some days the Riverside Dr. traffic waiting to get on I-75 piles-up past the car wash wait lane making a left turn onto Lee Road a big problem.

This sounds like two different intersections are being talked about here.
Kim, is this the left turn @ Pierce Ave where you go under the bridge to get to 75 NB?

"The left hand turn signal to enter I-75S at Pierce Ave isn’t turning green." It seems to me Kim is speaking about the intersection that I am speaking of...It is the Pierce Exit for I-75 South and Pierce Ramp for I-75 South, not North Bound. She could not have been clearer. Perhaps you could check-out both intersections, maybe the same traffic programmer using bad protocols at both ramps! Why so hard to speak of real issues but nothing gets changed?

Shannon, I am talking about the intersection to start on I-75 south. If you make a right at that intersection you go into the shopping plaza where Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the post office is.

Thank you, Kim. Just for future reference, the intersection you are referring to Riverside Dr @ Riverside Plaza as referenced by the overhead street signs. Riverside Dr @ Pierce Ave has the on / off ramp access for 75 NB, hence the confusion. I will check this intersection out and comment on my findings. Thank you for the clarification.

After some searching, I discovered an old program was installed erroneously. I removed the old program and reinstalled the correct programming. I monitored this intersection and the problem has been resolved.

Installed new program and removed old program. Problem resolved.
