Description

The N-S signal has a very long delay. Sometimes waiting several minutes for the light to change to green. There appears to be no sensor for NB traffic. SB traffic seems to trigger a light change. The green cycle is sometimes so short, the light changes to yellow by the time the first car is half way through the intersection. Recent experience: after waiting several minutes at the intersection (NB) - a NB train approached causing all lights to turn red. After the train left the intersection, the East-West signal changed to green. Then a SB train approached - all signals red. After the train left the intersection, the E-W signal changed to green again. Still waiting for the NB signals to change to green. After a couple more minutes, a SB vehicle approaches the intersection and the light finally changed to green.
