Seger park is supposed to end basketball court activity at 9 PM, but tonight several loud games continued until 10, keeping me awake (I work an early shift).

I'll start calling the Rec office at Seger in the morning. I'd appreciate it if others would do the same if they don't wish to see a basketball hours extended.
