I noticed that the City is doing storm drain and sidewalk work in my neighborhood on 121 Ave SE in east Kent.

A few years ago, the City modified the storm drain grate in front of my house. The crew dug up the old grate and concrete gutter, back filled the area before installing the new grate without compacting the back fill. As the result, a small slab of the concrete sidewalk is settling which may create a trip hazard in a few years. I thought it might be a good opportunity for the City crew to take a look this settling problem now that they are in the neighborhood. Thank you.
