Description

Commercial vehicle has returned, no visible license, parked with 2 wheels on the curb. We have witnessed at least seven (7) police vehicles have passed here with no action. (Perhaps they are more concerned with broken taillights and seat belt violations??) Or they do not want to confront the felon/tenant who has threatened their neighbors with violence?? Also burning; trash/garbage/wiring insulation, in the back yard next to a pile of old tires that they are using for mosquito breeding grounds.
