This is outrageous. These potholes have been there for months with no fix and its ruining my tires.

Elmfield resident has a right to say this is outrageous. Elmfield Street is a mess. Not only a mess with potholes, lumps and bumps but with traffic pouring down the street heading for the new plaza at the end of the street on Newington Rd. You can't get out or in your driveway, speeding is constant. I never see any police in the area at all. Yes it is outrageous.

Well, the insanity continues on Elmfield St. Speeding, bumpy road and no enforcement happening. I see that there are speed signs all over the other streets but not on Elmfield St. We've been complaining for a long time with absolutely NO responses.

It's obvious that someone has been down the street doing some filling of potholes but certainly not enough to make life much easier. Speed is a factor on the hill. We have younger children in the area. Now I have to avoid my own street so as to not ruin my car.

And so the saga goes on an on, all because the town of WH is negligent...

Finally------some of the deep holes have been worked on. Thank you. Please continue to straiten out the holes and dips in the road on Elmfield St. Also, Somerset street between Hall and Sampson ST's. There are still sink holes in the street.

Speeding is still a huge issue. Where is the enforcement? Do we have to have a child or any pedestrian hit because people need to go fast. You can't even drive out of the driveway because the traffic is constantly rolling down the hill. Why is it that in this town, nothing is ever done~! If it does get some attention, it's minimal at best. We have accidents at intersections, bushes are let to grow too close to an intersection without the resident being told to cut it back or down. Hopefully the town will do something, its really neglectful services.

It would be wonderful to see Elmfield Street in good condition. I'm thinking that all of the digging needs to finish and maybe we'll get a new street. However, if this may happen, I hope this town has the foresight to do it right. while a nicely paved street is fantastic, lets think about speed of those using it as a shortcut or way to the shopping center at the end on Newington Rd. Right now even as bad as this roadway is, the traffic and motorists speeding makes it really difficult to even get in and out of one's driveway. We've got new families with children in this neighborhood and that needs to be considered.

At the time of this writing, Elmfield St is a total mess. Until it gets resurfaced, it might be nice if you filled in the long dips that the last digging group installed in the attempt to wreck everyone's cars.

While I realize you are planning on repaving Elmfield St. sometime in the whatever future, in the mean while why can't the town of WH get down through the area where it was last dug up and at least flatten the road out some. There are dips and bumps from Newington Rd up to almost Federal St. That kind of issue isn't what we deserve in this area. Our cars get beat even at a crawl over the area.

I live on Sampson street and the pot holes are disgusting it's like this whole area is turning into the ghetto they don't care enough to pave the streets and our cars continue to become ruined

Our whole area is a mess. Nothing gets done at all and Elmfield St is just as bad if not worse. Yes, turning into a ghetto.
